Talent and Transformation: Lebsa at Talent Day Barcelona 2025
16 September 2025 marked a new milestone for Lebsa as we attended, for the first time, Talent Day Barcelona 2025, held at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya. This leading event brought together more than 35 expert speakers, 11 round tables, and an exhibition hall filled with professionals and solution providers in Human Resources and Talent Management.


The day focused on one clear message: people and talent are the cornerstone of organizational transformation. From leadership to cultural alignment, Talent Day emphasized how the success of Human Resources drives competitiveness and innovation across industries.
